PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Lights Out is a web application designed to track power outages in a clear, user-friendly format. The platform simplifies complex outage data by presenting it through an interactive map, allowing users to easily identify affected areas and stay informed.
The goal was to create an intuitive interface that makes it effortless to check outage statuses. The design focuses on clarity and accessibility, ensuring users can quickly see which zones are impacted and get accurate information about estimated restoration times.

Buenos Aires has long struggled with power outages during extreme weather conditions, such as intense heat or heavy rain. Residents are often left frustrated and dissatisfied, not knowing when their power will be restored.
While the local power company provides an outage map, it’s difficult to navigate, especially for users without technical knowledge. By presenting this data through a simple, easy-to-use map, users can quickly stay informed and know when to expect their power to return.
